Spice Cookies
1 spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Dough will be stiff, pulling away from the sides of the bowl and leaving the bowl clean.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 -10 minutes.
Be careful not to overcook as cookies will become hard.
